Become a Wando Distributor

1. Appointment: The Distributor appointment will initially be for 12 months.
This will be further extended after a performance appraisal done by the company.

2. Business Deposit: A business deposit of Rs. 1 Lac will be payable to which
it will bear interest equal to the prevailing bank deposit rates, provided no credit is availed.

3. Discount Structure: The following discount structure will be offered:
Trade Discount : 10%

(Different incentive schemes may be announced from time to time)

4. Product ordering: It is expected that each simple order would be of a
truck / canter load. The deliveries will be made ex Delhi on freight to pay basis.

5. Marketing & publicity Support: National publicity and specific publicity material
will be provided by . Additional material can be procured on cost - to - cost basis
with prior approval

6. Sales and after service support: ' will provide adequate sales and service support.
Company will train the staff of distributor to provide after sales service to the customer.

7. Payment Terms: Advance cheque at par or D.D. payable at New Delhi will be required
before dispatch as per Performa Invoice
